ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN PREPARING STUDENTS FOR PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

This article analyzes the content and forms of the process of preparing students for pedagogical activity based on foreign experience. In particular, the innovative approaches used in the professional training of future teachers in the education system of developed countries, the role of practical training, and the importance of the competency-based approach are highlighted. It also examines mechanisms aimed at forming practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge in the training of teaching staff.
