DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL-REFLECTIVE COMPETENCE IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

This article examines the pedagogical aspects of developing professional-reflective competence in a digital educational environment, revealing its essence and role in the modern education system. Particular attention is paid to the opportunities of information and communication technologies in shaping teachers’ reflective activity. The processes of self-assessment, analysis, and improvement of professional practice through digital platforms are scientifically discussed. Innovative approaches, pedagogical conditions, and effective methods for addressing this issue are also explored.
