THE PROCESS AND CONDITIONS FOR MANAGING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SOCIO-SPIRITUAL ENVIRONMENT AMONG FEMALE STUDENTS

This article examines the content, pedagogical conditions, and organizational mechanisms for managing the process of improving the socio-spiritual environment among female students in higher education institutions. The study analyzes female students’ social activity, spiritual worldview, attitude toward moral values, communicative culture, and development within a healthy social environment as an important pedagogical issue. The article substantiates that the improvement of the socio-spiritual environment is closely connected with educational work, psychological support, spiritual and educational activities, mentoring, social partnership, and the development of female students’ initiative. It also emphasizes the importance of cooperation among higher education institutions, families, local communities, youth organizations, and teaching staff in managing a healthy environment. The findings indicate that systematic management, an individual approach, preventive education, and a value-based pedagogical environment are essential for ensuring socio-spiritual stability among female students.
