FORMS OF COLLABORATIVE WORK OF THE EDUCATOR IN A CHILD’S EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

This article provides a theoretical analysis of the role of teacher collaboration in child education and development within preschool education. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing importance of collaborative approaches in modern educational practices. The aim of the research is to identify forms of interaction between the teacher, the child, parents, and the pedagogical team, and to justify their pedagogical potential. The study employs theoretical analysis, generalization, and comparative methods. The findings indicate that collaborative practices positively influence children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. The scientific novelty lies in proposing a systematic model of pedagogical collaboration. The results of the study can be effectively applied in preschool educational practice.
