POLITICAL PARTICIPATION OF YOUNG WOMEN IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: ANALYSIS OF INSTITUTIONAL AND SOCIAL FACTORS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the motivational, institutional, and social factors influencing the political engagement of young women in public administration in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the impact of gender stereotypes, leadership opportunities, political support, and professional development on women’s participation in governance processes. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening mentorship programs, political education, and institutional mechanisms for promoting gender-inclusive governance.
