PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF SOCIO-CULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN ENHANCING PHYSICIANS’ SPIRITUALITY

The article examines the role of socio-cultural activities and their psychological determinants in enhancing physicians’ spirituality. It highlights the mechanisms through which the cultural environment helps prevent professional deformation and burnout syndrome in medical practice. The findings demonstrate that art, educational activities, and collective events serve as important psychological drivers in developing emotional stability and professional ethics among physicians.
