THE MECHANISM FOR DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS AND ITS METHODOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION

This article analyzes the issue of developing the innovative pedagogical competence of future foreign language teachers. Based on the competency-based approach, the TPACK model, and the theory of reflective practice, the study develops a five-component structure of this competence and a three-stage mechanism for its development. The results of a pedagogical experiment conducted with students of Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages named after Is’hoqxon Ibrat demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism. The findings of the study contribute to improving the process of professional training of foreign language teachers.
