DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND THE EVOLUTION OF LEGAL CULTURE

This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation processes on the evolution of the legal system and legal culture. The author examines the preservation of traditional legal values in the digital world and the formation of the "legal information culture" concept. Furthermore, the article describes the algorithmization of legal processes, the emergence of "digital rights," and the experiences of countries like China and the USA, specifically China’s "Smart Courts" system. The study justifies the need to enhance the harmony between digital literacy and legal consciousness of the population in the context of digitalization.
