THE IMPORTANCE OF TECHNOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS IN RESEARCH ON HUMAN CAPITAL AND LABOUR MIGRATION

This article examines the technological determinant as a key factor in changing the system of knowledge about the nature of human and labor migration in the context of globalization and digitization of society. Modern technological processes affecting the flow of migration, the composition of employment, the professional mobility and social adaptation of labor migrants are analyzed. Also, on the basis of the interdisciplinary approach, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of labor migration in the conditions of technological changes, as well as their impact on the formation of new knowledge about the individual, labor and social environment, will be revealed. In the concluding part of the article, it was concluded that technological determinism serves as an important mechanism for revising the nature of labor migration and changing human capital in modern society.
