DEVELOPMENT OF COHERENT SPEECH IN CHILDREN WITH ALALIA THROUGH RETELLING INSTRUCTION

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and practical foundations of the retelling activity in the process of developing connected speech in children with alalia. Alalia is a complex speech disorder characterized by insufficient formation of central speech mechanisms, which significantly negatively affects the child's communicative activity, especially the development of monological and connected speech. In this regard, the article highlights the violations of the lexical, grammatical and phonetic-phonemic components of speech in children with alalia and their impact on the formation of connected speech. The study substantiates the retelling activity as an effective speech therapy tool for the formation of connected speech. It is scientifically explained that the retelling process serves to develop auditory perception, logical thinking, memory, attention and speech planning mechanisms in children. At the same time, the main difficulties that arise in the implementation of this activity in children with alalia are incomplete understanding of the text, violation of the sequence of events, limited vocabulary and grammatical errors. The article develops a step-by-step system for teaching retelling, which includes processes ranging from understanding the text, retelling in parts, to the formation of independent monological speech. The effectiveness of using visual aids, pictures, schemes, game technologies and dramatization methods in speech therapy work is also substantiated. The article focuses on the issues of expanding vocabulary, forming grammatical structures and developing phonemic perception in the process of retelling. In addition, the importance of cooperation between speech therapists, educators and parents in increasing the effectiveness of correctional work is emphasized.
