PEDAGOGICAL MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ INTELLECTUAL COMPETENCE IN AN ELECTRONIC LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of pedagogical mechanisms for developing students' intellectual competence in the context of an electronic learning environment. The structural components of intellectual competence, the didactic capabilities of an electronic learning environment, and the content and essence of cognitive, communicative, reflexive, creative and integrative pedagogical mechanisms are highlighted. The importance of electronic learning technologies in developing students' independent thinking, analytical thinking and creative activity is also substantiated.
