DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND AXIOLOGICAL COMPETENCE ON AN ETHNOPEDAGOGICAL BASIS IN A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

This article investigates the ethno-pedagogical foundations of developing professional-axiological competence among educators in a digital learning environment. The study identifies the methodological relationship between national educational traditions and digital teaching technologies, and develops theoretical-practical mechanisms for integrating ethno-pedagogical resources into the contemporary digital didactic environment. The research findings are presented as an integrative model that harmonizes the ethno-pedagogical and digital components of professional-axiological competence development.
