THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH IN SHAPING THE PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MEDICAL WORKERS

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the problem of developing pedagogical culture in the professional activity of medical workers under the conditions of modernization of the healthcare system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also explains the essence of the acmeological approach and substantiates its role in self-development, achieving professional maturity, and realizing creative potential. The study reveals the interrelation of motivational-value, cognitive-axiological, activity-oriented, and reflective-personal components in the process of shaping pedagogical culture. In addition, the article highlights the importance of innovative educational technologies in developing communicative competence and professional reflection among future medical workers.
