PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING THE NON-STATE GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SINGAPORE MODEL)

This study examines the prospects for the development of non-state general secondary education institutions in Uzbekistan based on the experience of developed countries, particularly Singapore. The research provides a comparative analysis of the educational models of the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Singapore, focusing on the effectiveness of the non-state education sector, governance mechanisms, public-private partnerships, and their impact on educational quality. Special attention is given to the Singaporean model, including the principles of meritocracy, strict quality assurance, teacher professional development, and the role of independent schools.
