METHODOLOGY FOR PLANNING AND ORGANIZING EDUCATIONAL WORK IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION BASED ON AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH

This article discusses the issues of planning and organizing educational work in preschool educational institutions based on an innovative approach. It analyzes the importance of modern pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, play-based learning, STEAM elements, project-based activities, and information and communication tools in improving the effectiveness of the educational process. Special attention is paid to the need to plan educational work by taking into account children’s age characteristics, individual abilities, interests, and level of socio-emotional development. The article interprets the innovative approach as an important factor in enhancing the creativity of preschool teachers and developing children’s independence, communication culture, social activity, moral qualities, and life skills.
