PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS AND KEY DETERMINANTS OF INTEGRATING MODERN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES INTO THE PROCESS OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL REINTEGRATION OF MILITARY PERSONNEL IN CIVIL SOCIETY CONDITIONS

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological mechanisms and key determinants of integrating modern digital technologies into the process of socio-psychological reintegration of military personnel into civil society. Post-service adaptation is considered a multidimensional process in which psycho-emotional well-being, transformation of social roles, professional identification, and cognitive behavioral strategies play a crucial role. The study examines the integration of digital platforms, artificial intelligence-based psychodiagnostic systems, remote psychological support technologies, and adaptive learning tools, as well as their impact on stress resilience, social adaptability, and personal self-development. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of digital technologies depends on a combination of individual psychological characteristics, social environment, and the level of institutional support. The article proposes a comprehensive model consisting of diagnostic, corrective, developmental, and monitoring components and substantiates its significance for ensuring successful adaptation of military personnel to civilian life and enhancing their socio-psychological resilience.
