EFFECTIVENESS OF DISTANCE LEARNING IN HIGHER EDUCATION

In recent years, distance learning has become one of the most relevant and rapidly developing areas of modern education. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly accelerated the transition of higher education institutions to digital formats, making it necessary to assess the effectiveness of remote teaching methods. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of distance learning, its advantages and disadvantages in the context of higher education, and examines pedagogical conditions that ensure high quality of the educational process in a remote format. Based on the developed digital-didactic model, practical recommendations are provided for improving the effectiveness of distance learning in higher education institutions.
