HORIZONTAL REPETITION AND ITS LINGUOPOETHIC CHARACTERISTICS

This article investigates the linguistic features of horizontal repetition as one of the significant manifestations of repetition. It analyzes the structural-semantic and linguopoetic potential of horizontal repetition in literary texts. Particular attention is paid to its role in creating emotional and expressive meanings, conveying the author’s attitude, revealing the psychological state of characters, and enhancing the pragmatic impact of the text. The findings demonstrate that horizontal repetition functions as an important stylistic device that increases the aesthetic expressiveness of literary discourse and contributes to a deeper understanding of textual meaning.
