IMPROVING THE EDUCATION QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF COLLABORATION

This article analyzes the issues of improving the system of educational quality control and management through a comprehensive approach. Particular attention is given to the scientific justification of the impact of cooperation between general secondary education institutions and higher education organizations on the quality and effectiveness of education. The study examines the theoretical foundations of educational quality, management mechanisms, monitoring and assessment systems, and highlights the need to develop them in accordance with modern requirements. Furthermore, the article discusses integrated management approaches, institutional cooperation mechanisms, and the results of experimental research conducted in the educational process. The findings indicate that strengthening collaboration among educational institutions is a key factor in enhancing educational quality and management effectiveness.
