THE IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING ENGLISH LISTENING COMPREHENSION COMPETENCE IN PRIMARY SCHOOL LEARNERS

This article analyses the theoretical and practical dimensions of developing English listening comprehension competence in primary school learners (aged 7–11). It examines young learners’ psychological characteristics, effective teaching methods, clarifying the role of listening in communicative competence, and compares Uzbek and international experience.
