NATIONAL PRIDE AND NOBLE VALUES IN THE WORK “THE SUN HAS NOT YET SET”

This article provides a systematic study of the national values, national pride, and honor inherent to the Uzbek people, using the example of the famous writer Luqmon Bo‘rixon’s novella "The Sun Has Not Set Yet" ("Quyosh hali botmagan"). The work highlights the formation of a national worldview through traditional folk games (specifically, belt wrestling) and the transformation of national melodies and spiritual heritage through the sibizg‘a (a folk musical instrument) as a folkloric prop. Based on international and local sports statistics, as well as literary methodology, the conceptual significance of the novella in educating youth and protecting them from global cultural assimilation is substantiated.
