COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE WORKS "SIYARI SHARIFI TURKIY" AND MUSTAFA DARIR'S "TARJUMAI SIYARUN NABIY" BASED ON TEXTUAL CRITICISM AND LITERARY SOURCE STUDIES

This article presents, for the first time, a comparative study in the aspects of textual criticism and literary source studies of two major written monuments in the history of Turkic literature: Mustafa Darir's "Tarjumai Siyarun Nabiy," created in Old Anatolian Turkish in the 14th century, and Muhammad Rahim Miskin's "Siyari sharifi turkiy," written in the Chagatai (Eastern Turkic) language in the 18th century. The main purpose of the research is to determine the codicological features, linguo-poetic structure, and typological similarities and differences in the translation and editing methods of these texts.
