Abstract

This article analyzes the socio-legal foundations of combating economic violence. The study examines the socio-philosophical essence of economic violence and its impact on family relations and human rights. Furthermore, the normative and legal mechanisms for preventing and combating economic violence are explored on the basis of international legal instruments and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
