A COMPARATIVE LINGUO-COGNITIVE MODEL OF THE CONCEPTOSPHERE OF LITERARY TEXTS: LINGUOCULTURAL FOUNDATIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF ANALYSIS

The article discusses the modelling of the literary text conceptosphere within the basis of acomparative linguocognitive approach. The aim is to substantiate an integrated analytical mechanism thatreveals the relationship between linguocultural units, conceptual fields, interconceptual relations andcultural identification. The material is based on a corpus of English and Uzbek parable texts. The resultsshow that the literary text conceptosphere is shaped through the interaction of verbal markers, conceptualmapping and cultural-cognitive layers.
