INFORMATION ETHICS IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: PHILOSOPHICAL PROBLEMS

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies poses new philosophical problems for information ethics. This article provides a philosophical analysis of the ethical issues associated with the collection, processing, and dissemination of information in the age of artificial intelligence — the privacy of personal data, algorithmic transparency and accountability, fairness, and human autonomy. The historical roots of information ethics are examined through its development from cybernetics and computer ethics to contemporary digital ethics. The article comparatively studies the ethical principles established in international (UNESCO, the European Union) and national normative documents and substantiates the need for a holistic, humanistic, and culturally sensitive approach to artificial intelligence.
