CREATING A MOTIVATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN ENGLISH LESSONS BASED ON COACHING TECHNOLOGY

This article examines the formation of a motivational environment in English lessons based on coaching technology. It analyzes the role of the coaching approach in the educational process and its importance in increasing learners’ activity, independent thinking, and interest in learning English. Coaching technology helps organize collaborative communication between the teacher and learners, guide students toward understanding their own learning goals, and strengthen their internal motivation. The article also highlights the importance of questioning, reflection, goal setting, self-assessment, and supportive pedagogical communication in creating a motivational environment in English lessons.
