ANALYSIS OF THE PAREMIOLOGICAL ZONE OF THE CONCEPT OF “DILIGENCE”

This article analyzes the paremiological zone of the concept of “Diligence” based on Uzbek proverbs, phraseological units, and fixed similes. The study identifies the linguistic means of verbalizing the concept and describes its axiological, utilitarian, ethical, regulative, social, and socio-psychological components. Based on paremiological material, the nuclear, near-peripheral, and far-peripheral layers of the concept are distinguished, revealing the conceptual perception of labor and diligence in the Uzbek linguistic worldview. The findings demonstrate that diligence is conceptualized as an important value associated with honesty, industriousness, prosperity, social respect, and moral perfection in Uzbek language consciousness.
