Abstract

The mahalla institution is the fundamental foundation of citizen self-government structures in Uzbekistan. The mahalla institution is a socio-economic and territorial community designed to coordinate the spiritual world of our people within certain principles, ensuring unity of social goals and implementing activities in the sphere of social cooperation.
