Abstract
The article analyzes the mirror symbol in the poetry of the contemporary Turkish poet Nurullah Gench within the framework of Sufi interpretation. It reveals the connection of the mirror image with divine light, the idea of the perfect human, and the concept of fana, and compares it with a similar image in the work of Necip Fazil Kisakurek.
