THE IMPORTANCE OF WORD ORDER IN DETERMINING SYNTACTIC POSITION AND SEMANTIC DOMINANCE

In this article, syntactic position is the grammatical and communicative location of language units in a sentence. Each word or syntactic unit occupies a certain position in a sentence, and this position determines its grammatical function, communicative role, and semantic load. It is shown that syntactic position has an important concept for formal syntax, functional syntax, and communicative grammar.
