FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO EARLY CHILDHOOD AUTISM, ITS DEVELOPMENTAL CHARACTERISTICS, AND ITS IMPACT ON A CHILD’S LIFE

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of autism syndrome, its causes, impact on child development, and definitions of this condition in the scientific literature. Autism is currently considered one of the most important neuropsychological conditions in child development. The article highlights the relationship of autism to genetic, biological, psychological, and social factors, and reveals the importance of changes that occur especially in early childhood. It also examines communication difficulties in children with autism, changes in social adaptation, the specificity of the emotional state, and factors affecting their development. The article emphasizes the importance of timely diagnosis of autism, the organization of the correct pedagogical and psychological approach, and the role of the family.
