SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF EMOTIONAL ALIENATION IN UZBEK FAMILIES

This article presents a theoretical and empirical analysis of the socio-psychological indicators of emotional alienation in Uzbek families. Emotional alienation is conceptualized as a multidimensional psychosocial phenomenon associated with emotional closeness, family support, marital communication, parent-child emotional relationships, family motivation, shared family activities, family cooperation, and the influence of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on family interactions. An empirical study involving 1,200 respondents demonstrated that emotional closeness and family support function as significant protective factors reducing emotional alienation, whereas excessive use of digital technologies contributes to increased negative emotional experiences and subjective loneliness.
