THE INTERACTION BETWEEN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY: FUTURE SCENARIOS

This article analyzes the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI)technologies and the professional activities of educators from a multidisciplinary perspective, and scientifically forecasts future development scenarios for this relationship. The entry of large language models (GPT, Gemini, Claude), adaptive learning systems, digital assessment tools, and intelligent tutors into the field of education requires a reconsideration of the essence, functions, and necessity of the teaching profession. The central question of whether AI will completely replace the teacher or enrich their activities is discussed based on various scientific schools and empirical research. Three main future scenarios-the «AI dominant,» «teacher dominant,» and «symbiosis» models-are analyzed, with the opportunities and risks of each presented.
