THE IMPACT OF INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION (ILO) CONVENTIONS ON THE RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL LABOUR DISPUTES

This article examines the impact of International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions on the development of labor dispute resolution mechanisms in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Using normative-legal, comparative analysis, and judicial practice review, the study highlights the national legislation's shift from a reactive to a proactive approach. Special attention is given to the institutionalization of social partnership, the expanded role of trade unions, the introduction of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods like mediation and arbitration, and the strengthening of procedural guarantees for workers. The author concludes that implementing ILO standards fosters a fair and transparent resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts. Recommendations for the digitalization of dispute resolution (ODR) are also provided.
