INTEGRATED MECHANISMS FOR RURAL SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT: MANAGEMENT, DIGITALIZATION, AND CAREER GUIDANCE

The article provides a comparative analytical review of international research onrural school development mechanisms related to management, digitalization, career guidance, and local cooperation. Six scholarly and analytical sources published between2022 and 2026 were examined through comparative analysis, thematic content analysis,and synthesis. The findings show that limited resources, teacher shortages, and digitalinfrastructure challenges require the simultaneous improvement of school management,teachers’ professional development, and cooperation with families and local communities.Sustainable rural school development should therefore combine the gradual integrationof technology, the adaptation of educational content to local needs, and the alignment ofcareer guidance with the local economy.
