PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING THE TRANSDISCIPLINARY APPROACH IN TRAINING SPECIALISTS IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM

This article deeply analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations ofintroducing a transdisciplinary approach to training competitive personnel in the highereducation system under the conditions of globalization and the digital economy. Thearticle highlights the distinctive features of transdisciplinarity from traditionalinterdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches using a comparative table.Furthermore, a system of pedagogical conditions serving to develop integrative andsystematic thinking in students has been developed, and empirical and theoreticalanalyses based on the author's scientific approaches as well as the views of foreign anddomestic researchers are presented.
