INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL STORYTELLING AND SMART TECHNOLOGIES IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING

This article examines the pedagogical potential of integrating digital storytellingand smart technologies into English language teaching. It analyzes the role of digitalstories, multimedia tools, mobile applications, interactive platforms, and artificialintelligence-based tools in developing learners’ listening comprehension, speaking and writing skills, and vocabulary. The study also considers the impact of digital storytelling-based activities on learners’ engagement, creative thinking, independent learning, andcommunicative participation. It highlights the potential of smart technologies to enhancethe effectiveness of English language learning by enabling learners to create stories, enrichthem with audio and visual materials, and present them interactively.
