Abstract
The article develops a competency-based digital model for enhancing the legalcompetence and legal culture of future teachers and describes its structural organization. The authors conceptualize legal competence as an integrated combination of cognitive,activity-based, value-motivational, communicative-digital, and reflective components. The model consists of four interconnected blocks: goal-oriented and methodological,content-based, technological-digital, and diagnostic-result-oriented. The studysubstantiates the didactic conditions for integrating innovative pedagogical technologies(interactive and problem-based learning, case studies, moot court, and project-basedlearning) with digital tools (LMS platforms, virtual court simulations, gamification, andartificial intelligence assistants). The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm theeffectiveness of the proposed model: the proportion of students in the experimental groupwho achieved a high (creative) level increased from 14.8% to 39.6%, with the statisticalsignificance of the difference being confirmed. The findings can be applied to the trainingof future teachers within the higher pedagogical education system.
