Abstract
The article proposes a competency-based assessment model for evaluatingstudents’ practical skills in specialized schools. Based on a comparative analysis of theexperiences of ABET, Finland, Singapore, and the OECD, the “Competency Laboratory”model, which integrates real-world problems, project-based activities, portfolios, rubrics,and reflection, is scientifically and methodologically substantiated.
