Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive empirical analysis of gender differences in emotional intelligence among second- and third-year medical students. A total of 168 respondents participated in the study. Based on the EmIn and Bar-On approaches, the components of emotional intelligence were comparatively analyzed across gender groups. The findings revealed gender differences in certain components, while the overall emotional intelligence index showed similar scores across the groups.
