THE ROLE OF CYBERSOCIALIZATION IN ENHANCING THE WORK EFFICIENCY OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION TEACHERS

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role and significanceof cybersocialization in enhancing the work efficiency of academic staff at highereducation institutions. In the context of rapid digitalization, the article also briefly addresses the transition of pedagogical activities from traditional forms to digital andhybrid learning environments, teachers’ professional adaptation, and the development oftheir digital culture. The main components of the cybersocialization approach, theintegration of traditional and innovative values, and their impact on teachers’ workproductivity are examined. Furthermore, drawing on the experience of S. AmanzholovEast Kazakhstan University as an example of advanced international practice, the articlepresents scientific and practical recommendations for establishing digital pedagogylaboratories in higher education institutions.
