A SYNERGETIC ANALYSIS OF FEEDBACK MECHANISMS BETWEEN INSTITUTIONAL TRUST AND HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE STABILITY OF SOCIAL COOPERATION

The article presents a conceptual analysis of the relationship between institutional trust and human capital. It distinguishes between trust, trustworthiness, and obedience. Based on a comparative analysis of eight sources, developmental, destructive, and corrective feedback mechanisms are identified. Pedagogical criteria grounded in the justification of decisions and the consideration of objections are proposed. The findings are theoretical in nature, and their practical effectiveness requires empirical validation.
