Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship between institutional support and creative agency in art projects. Documents concerning participatory creativity, cultural recognition, and arts education are examined through conceptual comparison. Goals, authority, resources, authorship, and feedback are regarded as distinct domains of responsibility. A six-dimensional matrix is developed to trace collaborative decisions and practical responses.
