Iymanova, Dilafruz This article analyzes the practice of training engineering and technical personnel for industrial sectors during the period of Soviet industrialization, its organizational characteristics and socio-economic results from the point of view of personnel policy. In the article, it is scientifically based that the process of training engineer-technical personnel is carried out within the framework of the centrally planned management system, and that administrative-mobilization methods have gained priority in the personnel policy. At the same time, it is indicated that measures such as short-term training courses, forms of education based on production practice, and attracting specialists from other republics are aimed at providing industrial enterprises with specialists. According to the results of the study, although the system of training engineering and technical personnel was an important factor in ensuring the industrialization process, there were a number of problems in its practical implementation.
