Based on the materials of the journal “Al-Isloh,” the author examines his socio-political, spiritual, and religious views. Particular attention is given to his attitude toward the banking system, his role in the Jadid movement, his ideas on public enlightenment, and his contribution to the promotion of Islamic values.
