N2  - This article analyzes the pedagogical, social and communicative potential of digital media resources in developing civic responsibility among higher education students. In today?s digital society, students? worldview, social position, legal awareness and civic activity are largely shaped through internet platforms, social networks, electronic educational resources, online information portals, video materials, podcasts and interactive media tools. Therefore, the purposeful integration of digital media resources into the educational process of higher education is an important condition for developing students? social involvement, patriotism, legal culture, critical thinking and information culture. The article substantiates digital media resources not only as a means of transmitting information, but also as a pedagogical factor that shapes students? civic consciousness, strengthens their responsible attitude toward social issues and directs them toward active social participation.
