abstract: Degree and graduality, as wide-ranging phenomena manifesting in the laws of existence, serve as pivotal factors in the dialectics of quantity and quality. In various fields of science, these concepts specialize within specific domains, revealing new facets of meaning. In linguistics, this phenomenon, which has been studied within the framework of linguistic graduality thus far, also manifests in actual speech, providing a substantive basis for the emergence of speech graduality.
