      "abstract": "Clinically important genes \u0421YP1\u04101, \u0421YP2\u04219, \u0421YP3\u04104 were studied for the first time in 217 healthy volunteers in Uzbek population. The frequencies of minor alleles \u0421YP1\u04101*2\u0421, \u0421YP2\u04219*2, \u0421YP3\u04104*1\u0412 were 6.7, 9.4, and 3.2%, respectively and corresponded to those in the Caucasians. For 3 alleles the genotype frequencies were in accordance with Hardy\u2013Weinberg equilibrium. The absence of homozygous \u0421YP1\u04101*2\u0421, \u0421YP2\u04219*2, \u0421YP3\u04104*1\u0412 was revealed. Of 217 persons 86.6, 81.1, and 93.5% were homozygous for wild alleles, 13.4, 18.9 \u0438 6.5% were heterozygotes for \u0421YP1\u04101*2\u0421, \u0421YP2\u04219*2, \u0421YP3\u04104*1\u0412, respectively. The observed heterozygotes were shown to prevail over the expected ones for \u0421YP1\u04101*2\u0421, \u0421YP2\u04219*2.",
