N2  - This article analyzes the main directions of the agrarian-industrial policy implemented by the Soviet government in Uzbekistan during 1925?1940 and its socio-economic consequences. The study examines the essence of land and water reforms, collectivization processes, and industrialization policies, as well as their impact on the economic system and social development using a comprehensive approach. Along with positive changes, negative outcomes such as forced labor, repression, economic imbalance, and environmental problems are also highlighted. The findings provide an important theoretical basis for an objective assessment of Soviet economic policy and the development of modern development strategies.
