Based on the competency-based approach, the TPACK model, and the theory of reflective practice, the study develops a five-component structure of this competence and a three-stage mechanism for its development. The results of a pedagogical experiment conducted with students of Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages named after Is’hoqxon Ibrat demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism.
